Marine Parade URA Master Plan and Transformations

Bayshore is a relatively new housing precinct that is served by two new MRT stations. Walking and cycling will be prioritized as residents have countless exercise opportunities at East Coast Park and the Bedok Park Connector. With a wide range of community spaces, facilities, and recreational options at East Coast Park, the area is popular with nature lovers and those with active lifestyles.

A short walk away, a new linear park will be built along the existing row of residential developments. Marked by heritage seawalls and a sea pavilion, the new park will celebrate memories of the pre-reclamation coastline.

East Coast Park is constantly being upgraded, recently acquiring a new Cyclist Park, Xtreme Skate Park, vertical playgrounds, and other attractions like Raintree Cove.

By the mid-2030s, URA estimates 7,000 HDB flats and 3,000 private properties within the Bayshore area.
