The upcoming Bayshore New Launch is the first private development site in Bayshore's future waterfront neighborhood is part of the 1H2024 Government Land Sales (GLS) Reserve List. Bayshore is planned as a waterfront estate with 10,000 homes, 70% for public housing.
The Ministry of National Development says this site will kickstart the waterfront estate's development. If triggered and sold, it could yield 515 private units with detailed floor plans expected to showcase efficient layouts. Linked to the upcoming Bayshore MRT on the Thomson-East Coast Line, the site offers sea views and is anticipated to attract buyers and developers due to its prime location and competitive price. This marks the first GLS site on Bayshore Road in over 20 years.
